TotalNivesh is operated by Total Investment Services (ARN 249337), an AMFI-registered mutual fund distributor based in Amravati, Maharashtra. This policy explains what information we collect through the TotalNivesh app and website, and how it is used.
2. Information we collect
To onboard you as an investor and process transactions, we collect identity and KYC information (including documents retrieved via DigiLocker), contact details, bank and folio information, and transaction history. We also collect basic usage data from the app to maintain and improve the service.
3. How we use your information
Your information is used to complete KYC and onboarding, process SIP, lumpsum, switch and redemption transactions, provide portfolio tracking and XIRR calculations, communicate account and transaction updates, and provide advisory support from Total Investment Services.
4. Sharing with third parties
TotalNivesh is built on regulated mutual fund infrastructure and shares data with parties necessary to process your investments, including the platform infrastructure provider, Registrar and Transfer Agents (RTAs), AMCs you invest with, KYC verification services, and payment processing partners. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Data security
We apply industry-standard technical and organisational safeguards to protect your information, and transactions are processed through regulated, secure channels.
6. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and thereafter as required under applicable SEBI, AMFI and tax record-keeping regulations.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to our regulatory record-keeping obligations, by contacting us using the details below.
