2. About the service
TotalNivesh is a mutual fund investment platform operated by Total Investment Services, an AMFI-registered mutual fund distributor (ARN 249337), built on regulated third-party infrastructure. Investments made through the platform are subject to the terms of the respective Asset Management Companies (AMCs) and SEBI/AMFI regulations.
3. Eligibility
You must be a resident Indian individual, at least 18 years of age, and able to complete the KYC process required to invest in mutual funds, to use this service.
4. Investment risk
Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. Past performance is not indicative of future returns. Please read all scheme-related documents carefully before investing. Total Investment Services does not guarantee returns on any investment made through TotalNivesh.
5. Advisory role
Total Investment Services acts as a mutual fund distributor. Any guidance provided is intended to help you make informed decisions and does not constitute a guarantee of outcome. Final investment decisions rest with you.
6. Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.
7. Fees
Total Investment Services earns distribution commission from AMCs as permitted under SEBI/AMFI regulations. No separate platform fee is charged to you for placing transactions unless explicitly stated.
8. Limitation of liability
Total Investment Services and TotalNivesh are not liable for losses arising from market movements, third-party infrastructure downtime, or delays outside our reasonable control.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Amravati, Maharashtra having jurisdiction.
